Breast Lift Boston: A Tighter Shape for a Younger Looking You

As a woman ages, her skin naturally loses elasticity, causing the breasts to lose shape and firmness.  A breast lift, or mastopexy, elevates and reshapes sagging breasts, redefining the bust-line for a more youthful look.  At our Boston practice, we offer the very latest in mastopexy technology.  To schedule a free breast lift consultation, call our Boston office at 617-123-1234

Reasons to Consider a Breast Lift:

  • Elevate sagging breasts due to aging.
  • Realign nipples to regain symmetry.
  • Firm up breasts after pregnancy, breast-feeding, or weight loss.

The Boston Breast Lift Procedure

While breast lift techniques and procedures can vary greatly patient to patient, at our Boston practice, a breast lift typically requires between one and one half and two hours.  Patients with relatively small breasts and minimal sagging may find they are candidates for a less extensive procedure known as “doughnut,” or “concentric” mastopexy.  Recent advances in breast lift techniques allow for minimal incision and nipple sensitivity preservation.

A mastopexy is often performed in conjunction with breast augmentation for those seeking an entirely new and youthful look.  Our Boston office is fully equipped to handle simultaneous breast augmentation and lift procedures.

Preparation & Post Operative Care for Boston Breast Lift Surgery

Prior to surgery, you’ll be provided detailed information on how to prepare for your procedure.  Tailored specifically to you and your needs, your doctor’s advice will help you take the necessary steps towards what lies ahead, thus laying the foundation for a successful outcome.

Our specialists know that it’s only natural to experience a degree of anxiety prior to surgery.  That’s why you can always feel free to ask any question of anyone, at any time.  We believe that knowledge and confidence go hand-in-hand.

Post Operative Care and Recovery
Post-operative care includes bandaging the incisions and utilizing a surgical support (sling) which is worn for the first few weeks.  Patients suffering minor pain are provided oral medication.
