Reasons to Consider Boston Breast Augmentation:

  • Restore breast fullness following pregnancy, nursing, or weight loss.
  • Reconstruct breasts after a mastectomy or other physical trauma.
  • Enhance bust size for aesthetic reasons.
  • Achieve breast symmetry.

The Breast Augmentation Procedure

Breast augmentation is performed on an outpatient basis, involving the insertion of breast implants while under general anesthesia.  Although textured, silicone shells filled with sterile saline solution are the most popular, we offer a full selection of types, sizes, and shapes including silicone gel implants.  The type of implant, place of insertion, as well as location of incision is decided by the patient and the surgeon during the initial consultation.

Preparation & Post Operative Care for Breast Augmentation Boston
Prior to surgery, you’ll be provided detailed information on how to prepare for your procedure.  Tailored specifically to you and your needs, your doctor’s advice will help you take the necessary steps towards what lies ahead, thus laying the foundation for a successful outcome.

Our specialists know that it’s only natural to experience a degree of anxiety prior to surgery.  That’s why you can always feel free to ask any question of anyone, at any time.  We believe that knowledge and confidence go hand-in-hand.

Post Operative Care and Recovery
Post-operative care typically includes bandaging the incisions and utilizing a surgical support (sling) which is worn for the first few weeks.  Patients suffering minor pain are provided oral medication.
